NYR #2 - write more
NYR #3 - if (1) and (2), create a blog (or co-op a blog) about being car-less (or car-sharing)(or reducing your carbon footprint in general) in San Diego and post in it on a regular basis.
NYR #4 - exercise more regularly! This should come as a natural consequence of (1).

Kim, you and Jeremey amaze me. You have done an awesome job ont he house and you are just all around awesome people! Getting rid of your car in SD? Amazing...We have to plan our trip before you rid the car!
